How to Enter the Awards

Rules for entering The Best Employers in Hospitality Awards 2012

  1. Only employers with units located within England & Wales are eligible to enter the awards. Those employers who wish to enter from Scotland & Ireland should please do so via the Best Employers in Hospitality Scotland website here.

  2. The Best Employers in Hospitality Awards are open to all businesses involved in
    the hospitality and tourism industry in England & Wales, with a minimum of eight employees.

  3. A minimum of 30% of your stated employee workforce must complete the survey via the employee engagement tool for your entry to qualify.

  4. All employee engagement surveys must be completed and submitted by Monday 2nd April 2012, including the submission of all employee engagement results.
  5. Entries arriving after the closing date will be disqualified. Any entries received incomplete, illegible or not complying with the rules will be disqualified.
  6. The Employee Engagement Tool is entirely secure and confidential. Employees must complete the set of questions and submit them via the engagement tool. The system will calculate a grading for each employer based upon the responses given by the employees. No other criteria are considered in judging.
  7. No discussion will be entered into regarding results.
