How does the entry process work?
- Employers who enter the Best Employers in Hospitality Awards 2011 will be given access to a specialist employee engagement tool, provided by our partners learnpurple.
- Employees use the tool to answer a series of questions related to their employer and workplace. The results give the employer a ranking against other entries.
Once all entries are in, a Top 30 list is established, with winners and shortlists for each of the Award categories.
- This process makes for a realistic and unbiased judging process, as it is based on the true opinion of individuals who know exactly how good their employer is.

As a category winner or a Top 30 employer, employers will carry the most trusted accreditation of all - the mark of approval from their employees.
